Comprehensive oversight and monitoring of owner operations

Continuously monitor and review telemetry data from every flight (FOQA) and engage pilots with debrief data, offering additional discussion and/or training based on FOQA insight
Utilize controlled dispatch to prevent decision-making errors before flights begin, enhancing safety
Conduct site visits to inspect all aspects of flight department operations, identifying and mitigating risk
Offer real-time feedback and support to pilots for improved decision making and operational efficiency
Foster a proactive safety culture through regular assessments and training

The underwriter leverages our firm, dedicated to loss avoidance, to assess the initial and ongoing risk of each participant in the fleet policy. We actively identify, mitigate, or remove owners who are unable to meet flying standards or comply with the terms of the oversight program
